School Terms & Conditions
The following are some important terms and conditions under which Mandala Yoga School shall provide services to its clients. Please carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before booking or visiting us.
- We have installed CCTV cameras across the school grounds. However, we strongly advise pupils to secure their personal belongings, as the school cannot take responsibility for any losses or damages.
- The school may take pictures and videos during school activities for promotional purposes. If you don’t want to be recorded, please let us know or step back from the camera.
- As a yoga school, our offerings differ from hotels or restaurants. We provide simple, delicious vegetarian meals three times daily. If you desire snacks or additional meals, you will need to provide them yourself.
4. Residents have to stay overnight at the school. The school will not be held liable if this rule is broken and any problems or activities occur outside of the school.
- Treat the school like your home and care for its property. You are responsible for any damage or destruction to furnishings or school property, covering the full material and legal costs.
6. Approach learning with an open mind and avoid comparing to past experiences. Respect and follow your teacher’s guidance; the school won’t be liable for injuries resulting from not following instructions.
- No physical affection outside the rooms for couples. No bikini and uncomfortable clothing inside the school. Respect Nepal’s culture.
8. The school does not allow drugs or alcohol. If you do, you will be asked to leave the school without receiving a refund. We also have a small smoke zone however we ask try not to smoke
- To get a certificate, students must maintain discipline and attend all classes consistently. Missing classes without any reasons or failing to follow school rules will result in disqualification from certification. We consider if some feel unwell.
Reservation and Payment Policy
- Our training and program are offered year-round. To secure your seat, make a reservation and pay 25% of the entire cost.
- Upon arrival, payment accepted in cash (USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, GBP) or Visa/Mastercard. Card payments have 4% extra charge.
- Participants are required to complete a school form and settle the balance before training or programme starts.
- Applicants and students are responsible for all transaction fees, including PayPal, Western Union, bank transfers, and other online methods of payment.
- You will receive an email with a payment link for bank transfers, PayPal, or online payments. Please send us an email with the payment confirmation receipt once it has been successfully processed. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy with No Refund
- Before making a reservation and receiving a booking confirmation, please review our terms and conditions and cancellation policy. Mandala Yoga School has a strict no-refund policy for all programs and training.
- If a training or program is canceled before or after the start date, or if you leave during the program or training for personal or other reasons, the advance deposit or full payment will not be refunded. However, you are always welcome to return at any time and participate in your training or program for the full program cost.
- Hate speech, violent, misbehaving and inappropriate behavior are completely prohibited at the school and with other students, staff, and teachers. If found, pupils will be asked to leave the school without receiving any refund.
- All candidates and students must follow the school policies, as well as Nepal’s laws, rules, and regulations. Mandala Yoga School and Nepal’s laws, norms, and regulations must be observed. If someone violates these terms, the program may be canceled without refund.
- Events outside the school’s control are not the responsibility of Mandala Yoga School. If the programming is postponed or cancelled due to natural disasters, global wars, or other uncontrollable circumstances, participants are welcome to attend when things return to normal; however, refunds will not be issued.
- If a client changes the program date after booking confirmation, and if the school have to canceled other reservations to accommodate your booking, your program will be canceled without a refund.
- Clients must request date changes at least one month before the course start date. Mandala Yoga School will check availability for the new dates. If available, the change will be accepted; otherwise, clients will need to reschedule for the following year.
- Program, prices and terms may change for legal or pricing reasons. Mandala Yoga School can adjust prices and programs. Confirmed bookings won’t be affected by any changes in cost or schedule. Once a program starts, clients can’t change any programme or training.
Health and travel insurance
- It is highly advised that clients of Mandala Yoga School acquire health and travel insurance that covers their personal belongings and well-being. Any travel or health problems that arise before, during, or after the course are not the responsibility of Mandala Yoga School.
- If you fall ill, unwell or any other health issue during the course, Mandala Yoga School will not responsible for your health. The school will offer natural remedies and, if necessary, assist you in getting to the hospital. However, you are responsible for all medical expenses and transportation costs.
- For any health concerns, consult your doctor or a qualified health professional. Before making changes to your diet or joining our programs or courses, please seek medical advice.
- Participants should address any health issues prior to the program’s start, practice at their own pace, and inform the teacher or management of any health changes.
- Mandala Yoga School does not provide liability insurance for the protection of the participants.
6. Mandala Yoga School is not liable for client health issues. Clients must adhere to the program considering their medical condition. If serious health issues occur, clients may be asked to leave for treatment and return when recovered.
