By signing up for the 500-hour yoga teacher training, you can expect to broaden your knowledge about yoga definition according to different yogis and philosophy, traditional yoga texts, as well as deepen your understanding of anatomy and physiology, and yoga therapy (necessary to facilitate healthy practice). You will also expand and practice different yoga and meditation techniques, along with fundamental class and teaching methodology, followed by practical teaching and workshop.

This 30 days 500 hours yoga teacher training course is design for them who have limited times and want to finished in short periods of time. We covers all the 500-hour course syllabus from Yoga Alliance standards and make everyone ready to teach within 30 days. This course is a combination of 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training course. This course is designed for all level beginner to advanced level.

Anyone can apply this 500 hour course and be an International certified 500-hours yoga instructor. If you haven’t done any yoga course or 200 hour course you can join directly this 500 hour course to save your time and money at the same time. Completing the both 200 and 300 hours Yoga teacher training from the same yoga school helps to balance and deeper understanding of the 200 and 300=500 hour course from the same school.

Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the course, the trainees will receive a professional certificate of International Yoga Teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance which is valid all around the world. Trainees will be able to start teaching yoga immediately after completion of the course. We prepare our students to be ready to start teaching beginner to advance yoga sequences as professional yoga teachers. Arrival information
%Book your flights to Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu, Nepal (KTM) and send us your air tickets, we will be there in right time to pick up you from the airport. The pick up will be from the airport and the drop off will be your own. You need to be in the school one day before the course starts and the cost for one day before is included. You need to buy your air ticket one day before the course starts. The course starts every 1st of the months.

Yoga Teacher Training Nepal happens in a delightful Nepali customary visitor house where you will remain in very beautiful, eco-accommodating facilities arranged in the midst of sections of land of blooming gardens, swimming pools near school, climbing trails, the mountains, hiking roots to chandragiri hills, the woodland, the slopes, and completely stunning perspectives from the rooftop top.

The accommodation sits cozily between two hills at 2200 meters above sea level. Mandala Yoga Retreat has the perfect mixture of traditional house and a touch of nature, with a friendly environment, yet lovely staff, comfortable rooms, relaxed bed room, clean bed-sheets, towels, heated and cooler Air conditioner room, own attached western bathrooms with hot water and cold shower, toilet papers and 24-hour WI-Fi.
Clean and hygienic rooms with attached bathrooms, there are 6 comfortable Dormitory beds room, sharing two beds, private single bed and two outside bathroom. This place is an ideal place to escape the stress of the modern world, breathe the fresh mountain air, and practice soul-healing yoga.
This place is itself peaceful and silent with beautiful views from the yoga home, with stunning views of Kathmandu valley, the Himalayan ranges of Annapurna, and other mountains when the weather is clean. The interesting thing is, after the 4-5 hours of hiking from the yoga home, you can see Mount Everest clearly when the weather is in your favors.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian foods. The food is made from vegetables grown in the area, local organic when available, and prepared with nourishing ingredients. Examples of Nepali-style meals are traditional dal bhat, root-vegetables, and lentils curry with rice and roti, soup, salad, as well as plenty of green vegetables and fruits grown by the villagers, toast with honey, and butter for breakfast. They also give healthy salad, soup.

A yogi’s diet is built around eating to nourish the body and having a healthy relationship with food. We supply a yoga diet that consists of food grown naturally and harmoniously with nature and seasonable fresh vegetables and fruits. The philosophy stems from the idea that food is the creator of prana (life force), which sustains the physical body and mind.

The yogic food is all vegetarian because it simplifies the development of sattva, which is the concept of ahimsa (non-violence). Our food is prepared with love, peace, gratitude, and positive intention, in order to increase and sustain prana.

What to bring

For yoga, bring comfortable loose stretchable clothing.  All yoga props including yoga mats are available in the yoga school but if you prefer to practice on your own mat, you can bring it. You don’t need special shoes; classes are solely barefoot. Other than enough change of clothes for the yoga practice, bring the following: yoga towel, water bottle, hair bands, etc, if you have any medical problem, bring your medicine. If you are following a special medical diet, please don’t forget to bring your supplements.

Medical information

For those who have an injury, hernia, have had an operation, arthritis, or have any special condition, you can only do yoga depending on the type of injury or condition. Please consult with your doctor if this program is suitable for you. During pregnancy or after childbirth, you can normally start practicing yoga with your teacher’s guidance. But your body knows best, please respect it. Don’t force yourself, do not strain. Give your body the time to fully recuperate. Sometimes yoga is being misinterpreted as being a very soft form of movement, fully focused on relaxation. This counts for some yoga forms but not for all! If in doubt, always ask your yoga teacher before the start if it is suitable for you and discuss your options if you have any issues. Always inform your teacher about any injury!

  1. A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  2. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled (but you can extend your course for the next month or a year).

They have a highly qualified professional expert yoga teacher from traditional yoga background who has undergone two years to receive a Master in Yoga and is a P.H.D holder with their own practices and international award-winning.

Our teachers will teach you how to be a qualified yoga teacher, how to teach yoga, Self-practice, how to create great yoga sequences, how to live a happy and healthy yogic life. You will leave our yoga teacher training fully confident and ready to start your own yoga teaching.

Guru Kriti Karki

Kriti Karki is the owner and instructor of Mandala  Studio Yoga & Spa. Kriti was very young when she suffered from serious asthma and she recovered after her father(Dr. Surya Bahadur Karki) who is a great yogi of Nepal decided to teach yoga to her with a healthy yogic food routine. She was also sent to stay in the ashram of Rishikesh India for 2 years for her spiritual sadhana practice.

She also study Diploma in Yoga courses, 3 years bachelor’s in yoga & naturopathy, and 2 years M.A. degrees in yogic sciences from India university, she also did 200 and 500-hour international yoga teacher training from yoga alliance. Now she aims to complete her Ph.D. in it. Kriti is a strong believer in yoga and its power to change a person’s life. She has now been in yoga teaching & practice for 18 years and has completely gotten rid of the asthma problems.
