Daily Schedule

1st day:

12:00pm – Check-in relax and enjoy the herbal tea or coffee.

01-1:15pm – Enjoy vegetarian Lunch

3:30-4:30pm – Massage Therapy

4:30-5:00pm – Steam or Sauna Bath

5:30-6:30pm – Yoga Nidra Meditation

07-7:15pm – Dinner – delicious plant-based local meals.

2nd day:

07-9:00am – Energizing morning yoga and breathing practice.

09-9:15am – Light Breakfast

10:30–1:00pm– Short hiking, walk in nature, visit village, ancient temple and Gumba.

01-1:15pm – Delicious Lunch

5:30–6:30pm – Sound healing therapy for physical & mental relaxation.

07-7:15pm – Dinner – fully vegetarian.

3rd day:

07-9:00am – Energizing morning yoga and breathing practice.

09-9:15am – Delicious Breakfast

11-12:00pm – Reiki healing therapy to reduce stress & anxiety.

01-1:15pm – Delicious lunch to nourish you after your healing session.

5:30–6:30pm – Meditation Practice.

07-7:15pm – Dinner – fully vegetarian.

4th day:

On the fourth day, we go hiking on the top of Chandragiri hill, 4 hours walking straight up the hill. During hiking you can enjoy the nature beauty, scenery, and animals while climbing up to the hills 2500 meters above sea level from where you can see Mount Everest when the weather is clear.

You are responsible for paying your own food and returning by cable car during your hiking time. After hiking you will enjoy a 90-minute massage to calm your body, breath and mind. During the rain or the bad weather we avoid hiking and instead engage in morning yoga, afternoon 90 minutes of massage and meditation in the evening.

5th day:

• 07-9:00am – Energizing morning yoga and breathing practice.

• 09-9:15am – Delicious Breakfast

• 11-12:00pm – Sound healing therapy to reduce stress & anxiety.

• 01-1:15pm – Delicious lunch to nourish you after your healing session.

• 5:30–6:30pm – Meditation practice.

• 07-7:15 pm – Dinner – fully vegetarian.

6th day:​

• 07-9:00-am – Energizing morning yoga and pranayama practice.

• 09-9:15 am – Breakfast before you head on your next adventure.

• 12 noon. – Check out
