Reiki level 3 course (Master level)
In a nutshell : The third degree consist of learning the master symbol, receiving the attunement and learning and mastering the attunement process so you can then pass on and teach the gift of reiki to others.
Becoming a reiki master is not the end of the journey: it is only the beginning of you own personal and spiritual development. A Reiki Master: is not suddenly a better or wiser or more enlightened person then only one else, it simply means that as a reiki master teacher you are now able to pass on the gift of the universal life force to others. Shanta Shakya (Swami Yog Abhinav)
Swami Yog Abhinav (Shanta shakya) born 10th Feb.1967 in Kathmandu. He is a rebellious and independent child of his family who is questioning about all social, religious and philosophical beliefs. As he grew up he started reading and listening to Osho and inspired by him. His quest for knowledge about oneself solving problems pushed him to experiment with different meditation techniques.
He started receiving initiation from spiritual gurus and became neo sannyasin at the age of 19 in 1986.
He is always eager and interested to know about Mysticism like healings, therapeutic knowledge there for in 1997 he again for deeper meditation experience, he went to India ashram and learned therapeutic meditation and knowing more about the inner journey. He is searching for more knowledge went to different ashram, meet different spiritual gurus, and practiced meditation and spiritual healing.
In 2009 he went Pokhara to learn Reiki in Yogshala and completed Master degree and lead the Om Family Healing and Meditation Centre in thamel. After while he learns the Craniosacral Therapy in Chhauni, Kathmandu with Stefan Reiter.
While he was in Lazimpat, utterdhoka working as spiritual director in 2012. He has been completed Craniosacral 4th level with Stefan Reiter in 2012. He again got an opportunity to learn Reiki in details from one of the group leader of osho ashram poona Ma Prem Nizimo.
After receiving training, he builds up his own center in Boudha, and teach meditation, Reiki healing and Training, Aura photography, Craniosacral Therapy and Music Healing.
Now recently he is incorporated with Mandala Studio Yoga & Spa as Reiki healer and trainer, singing bowl healer, Meditation instructor, counselor.

How should I prepare for the course or healing?
It’s best not to eat meat during the course. Drink plenty of water and arrive on time, at least 10 minutes in advance. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be limited and its effectiveness lessened – we must end on time to not keep the next guests waiting.
It’s a good idea to shower at home so you arrive clean. Clear your mind as well and come with positive energy and positive thinking. If you wish, wear white clothes and remove jewelry. Then just switch off your phone and enjoy.

I am a girl – will I feel safe in your school?
You are completely safe in our school. There are more than 10 guards in Mandala street and there are cameras at our reception desk. Our staff is well-mannered and professional. You can always feel comfortable about coming and us taking care of you and your belongings.
Can I bring some food and drinks?
No food is allowed in the treatment rooms and reception. You can enjoy tea and water (drink plenty!) in Mandala.
