| The instructors were so knowledge and patient. They made me realize my abilities and enhassed it to the max. The way they taught really encouraged me to break my mind block that had been in me for so many years. They are really living yoga. So much to learn from them. Also, the organizer was very cooperative and tried to accommodate all our needs. At times we demanded so much but Biren and Kriti really pushed their boundaries to help us out and to make us feel as most comfortable as possible. Spending in a group in a foreign country for three weeks, you will come out with all the unexpected needs and it is very important that the organizer is flexible and cooperative. And they were just amazing in thar. I will definitely go back again for further training with them! Thank you Biren and Kriti! The yogi journey with you was so beautiful and life changing experience! |

I’ve really enjoyed going to mandala yoga, I had never really done yoga before and now I’ve tried nearly all of the different ones on offer! The instructor was really patient and told me where my muscles are tighter and how to improve. I will definitely continue going to mandala in the future.
