There are different types of meditation in Nepal. Like in yoga there is a style for everyone. You can meditate through chanting, meditate through wandering, and meditate on your third eye, upon opening your chakras and many more. In our meditation classes we guide you step by step into a deeper state of awareness. We help you to understand why your head keeps wandering or why it should. How you can be the director of your thoughts and what style fits your best.

Nepal is a beautiful country with rich cultures of Buddhism and Hinduism which is still the centerpiece of daily life. Nepal is a great place to practice yoga and meditation within the setting of a traditional community of Buddhism. Our studio has been providing mediation classes since many years and is famous for meditation in Nepal. Although we don’t have regular meditation session we do group and private meditation session with an appointment and we provide meditation session according to our guest’s request or by according to the condition what types of meditation is important to our students.

We have different meditation for different conditions. For example, guided meditation for people suffering from depression, Vipasana meditation to improve concentration, Kundalini chakra meditation to open the blockage of chakra, Silent meditation for inner peace, Mantra meditation to change negative energy to positive and many more. We have professional teacher (guru) who got siddhis (divine education) from meditation. Our sadhu guru will guide you for meditation where one can easily feel the spiritual energy while having the experience of meditation. Our guru will tell you what is actually happening to you and what actually you need to do to overcome your mental stress. Most of the people that has joined us for meditation has never complained.   • VIPASANA MEDITATION

    Vipassana which means to see things as they really are is one of the most ancient techniques of meditation. It is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion. Vipassanā meditation is the Vipassana movement in which mindfulness of breathing, thoughts, feelings and actions are used to gain insight into the true nature of reality.
  • KUNDALINI (CHAKRA HEALING MEDITATION)

    The Kundalini method is a very spiritual form of yoga that goes beyond the usual stretching and motion exercises of other forms of yoga. Kundalini yoga is performed by striking physical poses while simultaneously putting an emphasis on breathing, chanting and meditation. This is generally done while sitting on the floor. The goal is to reach a deep restful state to allow the mind and body to relax, and seep into peace. This process is used to train the mind and body to handle and embrace a more serene state. Guided meditation can help people in everyday life and help them deal with stressors. Guided meditations invariably reflect the background and orientation of the “guide. There are many different approaches to guided meditation, and have different purposes. Some have a very specific purpose such as healing or self-improvement with goals such as creating prosperity, improving relationships, developing forgiveness or any number of other goals. Other guided meditations are more general, aimed at quieting the mind and producing calmness and relaxation.
