- VIPASANA MEDITATION
Vipassana which means to see things as they really are is one of the most ancient techniques of meditation. It is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion. Vipassanā meditation is the Vipassana movement in which mindfulness of breathing, thoughts, feelings and actions are used to gain insight into the true nature of reality.
- KUNDALINI (CHAKRA HEALING MEDITATION)

The practice also uses finger motions, called Mudras, designed to reduce stress, which can slow the spreading of the positive Kundalini energy through the body. kundalini chakra healing meditation is a simple and beautiful meditation technique and a great way to clear all your chakras and bring yourself to a peaceful, calm place. This meditation practice gives your chakras a miraculous tune-up.
- GUIDED MEDITATION
Guided meditation is a process by which one or more participants meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained practitioner or teacher. This process often leads to the participant engaging in visualization and generating mental imagery that may simulate or re-create the sensory perception of sights, sounds, tastes, smells, movements, and images associated with touch, such as texture, temperature, and pressure, as well as imagined mental content that the participant experiences as defying conventional sensory categories. The goal is to reach a deep restful state to allow the mind and body to relax, and seep into peace. This process is used to train the mind and body to handle and embrace a more serene state. Guided meditation can help people in everyday life and help them deal with stressors. Guided meditations invariably reflect the background and orientation of the “guide. There are many different approaches to guided meditation, and have different purposes. Some have a very specific purpose such as healing or self-improvement with goals such as creating prosperity, improving relationships, developing forgiveness or any number of other goals. Other guided meditations are more general, aimed at quieting the mind and producing calmness and relaxation. Some are designed to evoke “higher states of consciousness” or to enliven various aspects of the human energy field.
- PRANA MEDITATION
Prana is energy, vitality, power. Prana is the foundation and essence of all life; the energy and vitality that permeates the entire Universe. Prana flows in everything that exists. Furthermore, Prana is the connecting link between the material world, consciousness and mind. It is what makes life on the material level possible. Prana regulates all physical functions for example, the breath, the supply of oxygen, digestion, elimination and much more. The function of the human body is much like a transformer, receiving energy from the Universal flow of Prana, distributing that energy. Prana meditation focuses in the connection of body, breath and mind. Both forms have their own benefits working in tandem to bring balance to the body and mind. Both mindfulness and concentration techniques are vital for complete meditation. Prana yoga reinforces the delicate relationship between these two theories. Clients work on both qualities as they bring equilibrium to their inner wellbeing.
- YOGIC (CONSCIOUS) BREATHING
Conscious Breathing is a simple and effective healing technique that is thousands of years old the way we breathe is the way we live our lives. Shallow breathing leads to a shallow expression of us. Our breathing pattern reflects who we are and if we want to change our lives and the person we believe ourselves to be – the way to do it is through the breath. Our usual way of breathing greatly inhibits our life force but as we have the ability to control our breathing we have access to one of the most powerful and efficient healing systems available to human beings. Practicing conscious breathing can help us to improve our sleep, reduce stress, and boost overall health.
